- Use EzBot for unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or harmful purposes
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, or data

- Use the service to violate Discord, Twitch, YouTube, or other third party platform rules
- Copy, exploit, reverse engineer, or misuse the service except as allowed by law
5. Integrations and Third Party Platforms
EzBot may connect with third party platforms and services. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third party services, outages, policy changes, or platform actions.
6. Service Availability
EzBot is provided on an as available and as is basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, uptime, compatibility, or error free operation.

8. Intellectual Property
EzBot, its branding, software, design, and related materials are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership rights to you.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including loss of data, revenue, business, goodwill, or access.
12. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless EzBot and its operators from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of EzBot after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
